Our Core Values

These are the core values which guide and determine our actions at Commission International;

INTEGRITY

We value integrity, honesty and are genuine to our goals and vision. Commitment, truthfulness and transparency are attributes we cherish and seek to embrace at all times.

EXCELLENCE

Quality is paramount in all our ventures. We constantly strive for distinction and efficiency.

TEAMWORK

We work as a team, encourage creativity, help improve and respect each other’s views. In so doing, we create a fun and healthy working environment for progress.

ACCOUNTABILITY

As stewards of God’s creation and resources, we demand ourselves high standards of professionalism and accountability to our beneficiaries, co-workers and partners.

RESULT ORIENTATION

“You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit – fruit that will last. Then the father will give you whatever you ask in my name” John 15:16

We are resulted oriented and endeavor to yield lasting fruits under every circumstances. God is more interested in fruits, not flowers. Our works should therefore be a manifestation of this.

STEWARDSHIP

“For even the son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom to many.” Mark 10:45.

We value all people regardless of class, caste, color, creed, race and tribe. We give priority to people before structure, systems and money. We act in ways that respect dignity, uniqueness and intrinsic worth of every person and celebrate diversity in human diversity.

ADAPTABILITY

“And to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews; to those under the law, as under the law, that I might win those who are under the law; To those without law, as without law (not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law; To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men that I might by all means save some. Now this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I may be partaker of it with you.” I Corinthians 9:15-23.
